Tempus is a workforce management application, allowing for the creation and management of staff rotas, with comprehensive reporting and analysis of how staff and hours are distributed against targets and historical trends.

The application is a web based system allowing users to access it from anywhere, with it being optimised for both desktop, tablets and smart phones. The interface have been designed to be simple and intuitive, with emphasis given on efficient use on any scale of operation. Useful graphical representations of how hours and shifts are distributed throughout each day are provided when creating and editing rotas, as well as comparing these against pre-set targets.

Automated intelligence reports also provide high-level a break down of where problems in shifts and rotas may occur referencing against historic trends and set targets. Checks are also performed to ensure compliance with the Working Time Directive and any local policies.
